Greenfield Consulting Corporation (GCC) has been appointed by Arab International Co. for Hotels & Tourism to provide Project Management Consultancy services for JAZ Grand Marsa Resort, covering the design management, tendering, construction, close-out and handover.
Greenfield will provide integrated planning, coordination and project control across design management, procurement, tendering, construction delivery and close-out, with a focus on time, cost, quality, risk and project information.
Through a structured and integrated delivery approach, Greenfield will support the Client in maintaining effective project control and coordination through to successful completion and handover.
