With over two decades of experience in the construction and real estate development industry, GCC was founded to provide owners and investors with reliable, transparent, and value-driven consulting services. We specialize in Development Management, Project Management Consulting (PMC), and Advisory Services, supporting projects from early feasibility and planning stages through execution, handover, and operation.

Our role goes beyond managing tasks and schedules. We act on behalf of the business owner to align strategic objectives with practical execution, ensuring informed decision-making, controlled risks, and optimized outcomes. Khaled Hisham Rashdan is a Senior Project and Operations Manager with over 18 years of experience delivering large-scale residential, commercial, hospitality, infrastructure, and governmental projects across Egypt and Saudi Arabia.

He has strong expertise in FIDIC contracts administration, cost control, risk management, claims, and variations, managing projects from initiation through handover.

Khaled has led multidisciplinary teams across Civil, MEP, and Architectural disciplines, ensuring strong alignment between schedule, cost, quality, and client objectives.

His experience also includes operations management, procurement strategy, QA/QC, HSE governance, and stakeholder coordination within GCC markets.

He is a PMP® and RMP® certified professional, recognized for strategic leadership and consistent on-time, within-budget project delivery.

Abdallah Mohamed Salem is a Technical Office Manager and Senior Interior Architect with over 18 years of experience across Egypt and the Gulf region.

He brings strong expertise in technical office management, site supervision, interior architecture, and construction coordination for complex and high-profile projects.

Abdallah has successfully delivered large-scale developments, including stadiums, universities, palaces, luxury hotels, commercial buildings, and major residential compounds.

He is highly skilled in architectural detailing, material approvals, shop drawings, and interdisciplinary coordination with MEP and civil teams.

Abdallah holds PMP® and LEED Green Associate (GA) certifications and has solid experience with BIM tools and AutoCAD, supporting efficient and sustainable project delivery.

Known for precision and leadership, he consistently ensures high-quality execution and timely project completion.

Ahmed Elshemy is a Mechanical Site Supervision Manager with over 18 years of professional experience, including more than 15 years within leading consultancy firms.

He specializes in HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, and medical gas systems, delivering complex mechanical works across healthcare, pharmaceutical, industrial, commercial, and mega warehouse projects.

His expertise spans the full project lifecycle, from design review and technical documentation to site supervision, testing, commissioning, and project handover.

Ahmed has led multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with contractors and key stakeholders while managing shop drawing approvals, progress monitoring, and payment evaluations.

He is a registered member of the Egyptian Engineering Syndicate and the Saudi Council of Engineers, with official approvals from the Saudi Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Higher Education.

Senior Electrical Engineer with 13 years of experience in electrical design, site supervision, MEP construction implementation, and project management.

At Greenfield Consulting Corporation (GCC), he serves as Electrical Manager Engineer, leading electrical engineering teams, reviewing and approving shop drawings and technical submittals, and supervising the execution, testing, and commissioning of medium and low voltage systems.

He oversees the implementation of low current systems, including fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and data networks, and manages coordination between consultants, contractors, and project management teams.

Ayman holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (Power & Machines) from South Valley University (2003) and previously held senior roles in engineering supervision and project management, gaining extensive experience in electrical design review, construction supervision, commissioning processes, and multidisciplinary project coordination.

Ahmed Ateya is a Senior Planning Engineer and Team Leader with extensive experience delivering complex construction and energy projects across Egypt and GCC markets.

Omar integrates enterprise systems, establishes accountability structures, and strengthens performance control. He has played a key role in expanding enterprise operations across GCC and broader MENA markets, reinforcing execution discipline, improving coordination between technical and commercial functions, and building structured delivery environments.

He ensures digital transformation initiatives translate into operational visibility, defined ownership, and consistent performance outcomes. His approach is grounded in clarity, control, and structural alignment, enabling organizations to build stable and scalable enterprise foundations.

Yomna Anwar Tawfik is a Projects Coordinator at Greenfield Consulting Corporation (GCC), supporting the structured planning and delivery of construction and development projects.

She coordinates between technical teams, consultants, contractors, and management to ensure alignment with project objectives.

Yomna is actively involved in strengthening digital governance processes, maintaining structured reporting systems, and organizing project performance tracking mechanisms that enhance transparency and efficiency across programs.

She contributes to the preparation of technical and financial proposals for client tenders, including cost structure coordination to ensure competitive and well-structured submissions, and has strong knowledge of construction contracts and contractual correspondence.

Yomna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Project Management Engineering from Ain Shams University and is a certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), reflecting her structured and disciplined approach to project coordination.
