Construction Due Diligence

CONSTRUCTION DUE DILIGENCE

  • Independent technical review to assess project feasibility, risks, and compliance
  • Evaluation of design documents, construction methods, and constructability

Site supervision

Site supervision

  • Full-time / part-time site supervision of construction activities as per project requirements.
  • Monitor construction progress against the approved schedule and report any delays or risks.
  • Ensure quality of workmanship and materials in accordance with project specifications and standards.
  • Inspect works on site and witness tests, mock-ups, and commissioning activities when required.
  • Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals related to site execution.
  • Coordinate between contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and the client on site.
  • Ensure implementation of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements on site.
  • Identify non-conformities, issue site instructions, and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Verify quantities of executed works and assist in interim and final payment certifications.
  • Monitor site resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) and productivity levels.
  • Attend site meetings and prepare regular site progress reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
  • Review contractor claims, variations, and change orders from a site execution perspective.
  • Ensure proper documentation, records, and as-built drawings are maintained.
  • Support testing, commissioning, handover, and defect liability period activities.
