Eng. Khaled Hisham Rashdan is a Senior Project and Operations Manager with over 18 years of experience delivering large-scale residential, commercial, hospitality, infrastructure, and governmental projects across Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
He has strong expertise in FIDIC contracts administration, cost control, risk management, claims, and variations, managing projects from initiation through handover.
Khaled has led multidisciplinary teams across Civil, MEP, and Architectural disciplines, ensuring strong alignment between schedule, cost, quality, and client objectives.
His experience also includes operations management, procurement strategy, QA/QC, HSE governance, and stakeholder coordination within GCC markets.
He is a PMP® and RMP® certified professional, recognized for strategic leadership and consistent on-time, within-budget project delivery.
Eng. Hosam Ahmed Shalash is a Technical Office Manager with over 15 years of professional experience in civil and structural engineering, specializing in technical office management, procurement, tendering, and construction project coordination.
He has Strong expertise in structural drawing review, technical evaluation, value engineering, and reviewing and resolving structural technical issues, ensuring compliance with applicable engineering codes, project specifications, and quality standards.
His professional experience covers a wide range of projects, including residential buildings, apartment complexes, villas, commercial malls, industrial factories, and administrative buildings.
He has strong capabilities in managing technical activities, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and different departments, reviewing engineering submittals, and overseeing procurement and tendering processes.

Eng. Ahmed Elshemy is a Mechanical Site Supervision Manager with over 18 years of professional experience, including more than 15 years within leading consultancy firms.
He specializes in HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, and medical gas systems, delivering complex mechanical works across healthcare, pharmaceutical, industrial, commercial, and mega warehouse projects.
His expertise spans the full project lifecycle, from design review and technical documentation to site supervision, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
Ahmed has led multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with contractors and key stakeholders while managing shop drawing approvals, progress monitoring, and payment evaluations.
He is a registered member of the Egyptian Engineering Syndicate and the Saudi Council of Engineers, with official approvals from the Saudi Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Higher Education.
Known for his strong technical judgment and attention to detail, he consistently ensures compliance with international standards and the delivery of projects on time and with high quality.
Eng. Ismail Kamal Ismail Elshayeb is a Construction Manager with over 10 years of experience in construction and engineering consultancy, specializing in civil construction, site supervision, technical coordination, and project management.
He is experienced in commercial, industrial, warehouse, and mixed-use projects, with strong expertise in quality control, technical reviews, contractor coordination, and ensuring compliance with project requirements and specifications.
Eng. Hany Fouad Raslan is a construction and project management professional with over 22 years of extensive experience in managing complex projects from planning and design through execution and completion.
